If you would like to return your product, you must obtain an authorization number. Please fill in the following information and submit your request. A return authorization number will be forwarded to your email address once we have reviewed your request.

We will email a return authorization number once we have reviewed your request.

Please return the Add-A-Cabana in its original tote bag, folded up and with no visible signs of use. Include a copy of this form with Authorization Number marked at the top. Send the Add-A-Cabana via postal service or UPS at your expense to:

Your account will be credited, or a check will be mailed to you.   A $20 restocking fee will be deducted unless you are requesting an exchange.
